Глобальні виклики для формування трендів розвитку національних систем вищої освіти у світі: політологічний вимір

Анотація

У статті узагальнено глобальні виклики людства, які зумовлюють відповідні новітні тренди в розвитку національних систем освіти. Автор, спираючись на Звіт Всесвітнього економічного форуму про глобальні ризики 2024, наголошує, що вісім із тридцяти чотирьох ризиків протягом найближчих двох років матимуть соціальні наслідки, а саме: поляризація суспільства, відсутність економічних можливостей, вимушена міграція, порушення прав людини, недостатня громадська інфраструктура та послуги, інфекційні хвороби, хронічні захворювання і стан здоров’я, безробіття.
На підставі аналізу Звіту Міжнародної організації праці «Зайнятість і соціальні перспективи у світі: тенденції 2023 року» автор виокремив виклики світового ринку праці, які мають бути враховані у формуванні трендів розвитку національних систем освіти: дефіцит гідної праці, уповільнення глобального зростання зайнятості, нагальна потреба у зростанні продуктивності праці в країнах з високими темпами старіння населення, пришвидшення змін у вимогах підприємств на глобальному ринку праці до навичок працівників, збереження нерівності в доступі до вищої освіти в різних регіонах світу, зростання потреби в запровадженні політики залучення до ринку праці жінок і маргіналізованих груп, забезпечення державної підтримки доступу до освіти для масштабних потоків біженців та шукачів притулку в приймаючих країнах, скорочення джерел фінансування освіти.
У висновку автор узагальнює перелік новітніх трендів розвитку національних систем освіти у світі, які формуються у відповідь на розглянуті у статті виклики, а саме: глобалізація та інтернаціоналізація вищої освіти, розвиток гнучких форм освіти протягом життя, реформування освіти для біженців та шукачів притулку, цифровізація та впровадження революційних технологічних інновацій в освітньому секторі, широкомасштабна експансія (масовізація) вищої освіти в країнах Глобального Півдня.
